It wasnarrated that ‘Ubaidullah bin ‘Abdullah said: “Umar went outonthe day of ‘Eid and sent word to Abu Waqid Al-Laithi asking whatthe Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite on this day. He said: ‘Qaf [Qaf(50)]and ‘Iqtarabat’.” [Al-Qamar (54)]
Hadith In Arabic Text :
حدثنا محمد بن الصباح، أنبأنا سفيان، عن ضمرة بن سعيد، عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله، قال خرج عمر يوم عيد فأرسل إلى أبي واقد الليثي بأى شىء كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقرأ في مثل هذا اليوم قال ب {ق} واقتربت .
