It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that : The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: “The signs of the hypocrite are three: When he speaks, he lies; when he makes a promise he breaks it; and when he is entrusted with something, he betrays (that trust).”

حدثنا علي بن حجر قال حدثنا إسمعيل قال حدثنا أبو سهيل نافع بن مالك بن أبي عامر عن أبيه عن أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال آية النفاق ثلاث إذا حدث كذب وإذا وعد أخلف وإذا اؤتمن خان
