Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-‘As: A man said: Messenger of Allah, the mu’adhdhins excel us. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Say (the same words) as they say, and when you come to the end, make a petition and that will be granted to you.
Hadith In Arabic Text :
حدثنا ابن السرح، ومحمد بن سلمة، قالا حدثنا ابن وهب، عن حيى، عن أبي عبد الرحمن، – يعني الحبلي – عن عبد الله بن عمرو، أن رجلا، قال يا رسول الله إن المؤذنين يفضلوننا . فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ” قل كما يقولون فإذا انتهيت فسل تعطه ” .
