Ibn Abbas reported that Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) forbade (the eating) of all the fanged beasts of prey, and of all the birds having talons.
Hadith In Arabic Text :
وحدثنا أحمد بن حنبل، حدثنا سليمان بن داود، حدثنا أبو عوانة، حدثنا الحكم، وأبو بشر عن ميمون بن مهران، عن ابن عباس، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن كل ذي ناب من السباع وعن كل ذي مخلب من الطير .
