Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Let there be the curse of Allah upon the thief who steals an egg and his hand is cut off, and steals a rope and his hand is cut off.
Hadith In Arabic Text :
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، وأبو كريب قالا حدثنا أبو معاوية، عن الأعمش، عن أبي صالح، عن أبي هريرة، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ” لعن الله السارق يسرق البيضة فتقطع يده ويسرق الحبل فتقطع يده ” .
