Abu Huraira reported: Five are the acts quite akin to the Fitra, or five are the acts of Fitra: circumcision, shaving the pubes, cutting the nails, plucking the hair under the armpits and clipping the moustache.

حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، وعمرو الناقد، وزهير بن حرب، جميعا عن سفيان، – قال أبو بكر حدثنا ابن عيينة، – عن الزهري، عن سعيد بن المسيب، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ” الفطرة خمس – أو خمس من الفطرة – الختان والاستحداد وتقليم الأظفار ونتف الإبط وقص الشارب ” .
