Narrated Anas bin Malik: Some men of the Ansar requested Allah’s Apostle to allow them to see him, they said, “Allow us to forgive the ransom of our sister’s son, `Abbas.” The Prophet said, “By Allah, you will not leave a single Dirham of it!”
Hadith In Arabic Text :
حدثني إبراهيم بن المنذر، حدثنا محمد بن فليح، عن موسى بن عقبة، قال ابن شهاب حدثنا أنس بن مالك، أن رجالا، من الأنصار استأذنوا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقالوا ائذن لنا فلنترك لابن أختنا عباس فداءه. قال ” والله لا تذرون منه درهما ”.
