Something happened to it, and he slaughtered it with a stake,""- (Ayyub, one of the narrators, said) I said to Zaid:' A stake of wood or of iron?"" He said ""No of wood.""- ""Then he went to the Prophet and asked him, and he told him to eat it."" (Sahih)
