Anas narrated that : The Prophet used to supplicate, saying: “O Allah, indeed, I seek refuge in You from laziness, weakness of old age, cowardice, stinginess, the trial of Al-Masih, and the punishment of the grave (Allahumma Inni A’udhu Bika Minal-Kasali Wal-Harami Wal-Jubni Wal-Bukhli Wa Fitnatil-Masih Wa Adhabil-Qabr).”
Hadith In Arabic Text :
حدثنا علي بن حجر، حدثنا إسماعيل بن جعفر، عن حميد، عن أنس، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يدعو يقول ” اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الكسل والهرم والجبن والبخل وفتنة المسيح وعذاب القبر ” . قال أبو عيسى هذا حديث حسن صحيح .
