Abu Bakra reported that when it was the day of (Dhu’l-Hijja) Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) mounted the camel and addressed and a person had been holding its nosestring. The rest of the hadith is the same.

حدثنا محمد بن المثنى، حدثنا حماد بن مسعدة، عن ابن عون، قال قال محمد قال عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكرة عن أبيه قال لما كان ذلك اليوم جلس النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على بعير – قال – ورجل آخذ بزمامه – أو قال بخطامه – فذكر نحو حديث يزيد بن زريع .
